Whether you realise it or not, we all have a money story.
How were we raised to work with and think about money?
Did our families have money or not? Was it enough no matter what we had?
What makes it enough? How should you spend and save? What are your financial priorities and preferences?
Our money story spreads to all areas of our life. Do we feel abundance or scarcity?
Do we hold our money like a precious jewel or do we believe that it will ebb and flow and we can ride those waves? Do we fight with our partners about money, is it because their money story is different? Even within a family, our money stories can vary.
So take the time to talk with your important people about their money story. Find similarities and differences in how your story has been shaped. Think about what may be desired for the future and if part of your story might be old conditioning and perhaps need a refresh and start a new chapter.
