Reflecting on Therapy Goals

It is always good to review your therapy journey.  Work through the questions below and bring your responses to your session to explore.

  • What have you achieved/resolved so far?
  • What else would you like to focus on?
  • What do you no longer need to focus on?
  • How would you prioritise your focus areas?
  • What could get in your way?
  • What support structures (people, tools, mindset, activities) do you have or need to grow?
  • How will you know when you have ‘done enough’?
  • What do you like about therapy and what do you find most challenging or avoid?
  • How committed or ready are you to working through your priority areas?
  • How confident do you feel to self manage?
  • What else would you need?

Ready to "...rethink your potential"?

If you’re ready to release what no longer serves you, work through a challenge, or open up to new possibilities, this may be the right moment to reach out for support.
