At Pathways to Performance, we are dedicated to maintaining a professional and supportive environment. To ensure the safety and wellbeing of everyone on our premises, all visitors, clients and team members are expected to interact with mutual courtesy and respect at all times.
Zero Tolerance Policy
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy regarding aggression and violence. Any individual who engages in such behaviour may be asked to leave and, where necessary, may face prosecution.
Aggressive behaviour is defined as:
- Physical Aggression: Including, but not limited to; pushing, throwing objects or any form of physical contact intended to intimidate or harm.
- Verbal Aggression: Including shouting, the use of offensive language or any hostile and disrespectful communication style.

- Quality Care: Receive a high standard of professional service and clinical expertise.
- Respect & Dignity: Be treated with genuine regard for your individual worth.

- Safety: Access our services in a secure and non-threatening environment.
- Support: Involve a support person of your choosing in discussions regarding your care.
- Inclusion: Have your gender identity, sexual orientation and cultural background respected and integrated into your service delivery.
- Transparency: Be informed about your treatment approach, progress and any associated costs or service fees.
Your Responsibilities

- Maintain Safety: Contribute to a respectful atmosphere by following our Code of Conduct.
- Respect Others: Show consideration for the privacy and well-being of other clients and our staff.
- Communicate: Proactively ask questions or raise concerns regarding your treatment so we can address them together.
- Financial Integrity: Ensure that all service fees are settled in a timely manner according to our payment terms.
