Do you have an Abundance or Scarcity Mindset?

I have been both fortunate and also diligent, to employ the cup half full mentality. There is always a way, an opportunity and something to celebrate. The launch of Pathways was with a view to helping people be their best in what they wanted in their own way…. we are always heading towards our greatest potential and providing the tools and the “Pathways” to do that.

Aligned with this is the concept of abundance…. It is there if you choose to see it and there is enough for everyone. You may have to work hard, it may take time and you may need support along the way but it is possible.

I have recently been reminded of those who think through a scarcity lens and the restrictions a scarcity mindset places on growth and possibilities.  Scarcity can foster individualism, unhealthy competition, narrow focus, secrecy and a lack of just lifting each other up.

An abundance mindset fosters creativity, collaboration, conversation and community.

So next time you catch yourself with a glass-half-empty thought, see if you can change it up and wait for what could unfold.

Ready to "...rethink your potential"?

If you’re ready to release what no longer serves you, work through a challenge, or open up to new possibilities, this may be the right moment to reach out for support.
